Active frontages, fine-grain tenancies, and continuous canopies establish a pedestrian-friendly environment, encouraging movement, interaction, and dwell time throughout the day. The retail mix is carefully considered to support daily needs while allowing flexibility for future operators.

The masterplan balances car parking efficiency with strong street activation. Parking areas are integrated to remain convenient yet unobtrusive, ensuring the primacy of the public realm and reinforcing a walkable, human-scaled experience.
